Altmann might have stated the pre-feasibility may be completed by year end but he would never state a new mill by summer or a bankable feasibility study complete by year end.  I smell a rat and our first attempt at infiltration of this site.  Before anyone speaks further with this poster I advise references and previous posting history from some other site that can be checked out.
