Thanks Hobbers:

I'm thinking "this time it will e differen't", a dangerous prediction indeed. However, with the new financial might of the BRIC and others, could be that it own't matter too much what the Fed/Admin.  tries to orchestrate. We shall see. I am certainly optimistic about ECU now that we have "turned the corner"  Cheers!
