Looking at the CDNX (Venture)

It is touching the 50 dma which it did in dec. however this time there is much more volume. If it holds this level it should make a nice clean run to the 200 dma. around 2900. The thing to watch is the 21 DMA crossinng the 50 dma from below when this happens expect a very long uptrend. Of course mid trend corrections will happen. Just like the gold 21 50 cross this summer it has not yet turned under. These indexes are relatively accurate.

There was a nice cross in oct for the CDNX. Just check it out. For those who are familiar with the dome effect, chart one on the cdnx we are sitting on the edge of the right hand side of a dome. You will need a 2 year weekly chart. It will be as obvious as the fingers on your keyboard. Start in october of 06 and swoop around to today. There is a larger dome which spans 4 years. But we need to break the smaller one with a 21 to 50 cross as bonus.

This is not advice it is my own opinion. But I am standing firm on it. Are the shorts worried? I think so just look at gold tonight. Also, they see the same indicators you can use.
