For those who lack patience in this investment game may I suggest entering  the futures market where you will not only get fast results on your investment but also no management to blame if things do not go the way you want them to go.

As for bashing managrment, brings back memories of my mile walk to school one morning many years ago.

Our neighbour  had his team of horses hitched  to a load  that was obviously to heavy for the team to pull.
 There he was whipping the hell out of the team to the point
 where they were dancing in a panic to  where they became totally ineffective  to even try to do the job

I firmly believe that whipping or bashing management does nothing to create effectiveness in there running of a company. Suppert them or vote them out at the next AGM!!
