the ECU chart is brilliant..it shows spikes up on relatively low volume all over the place...and its first wave up is on a rising base, which is unusual to say the least, these high silver prices are going to convert into earnngs for ECU - they are on record as going into production next quarter (everything is already in place and paid for) and with no further dilution. If they go into production with silver in the mid '20's what will that do to profits, and what will higher ounces silver in the under ground equation put as a value on ECU with silver over $20.00 this year? Momentum will drive short covering and that's generally what creates lift off..
