Little volume in the jnrs. Ecu is just staying on the little guy trend The big guys are moving relativly well. Not disappointed. The momentum indicator I have been using for gold a (17 Day Macd) has just begun to bounce off the the signal line of the majors like Goldcorp which I hold and use as a proxy for the ETF in Canada. The Jrs are just getting to the signal line.

Well as for next week the wonderful CPI numbers along with Bush backing Ben will allow for a nice rate cut to the detriment of the dollar.

I did hear a reasonable guy from a smaller bank the GS today. He said dollar intervention will not happen. Simply because the forex if to large to control. It is not like the 80's where they just needed to decide and it was done ( didn't help then either). They will try but will not achieve the desired result.

So what will be to official close on gold? It shows 1003 on Kitco and NetDania at 2:45 pm MT. That normally means 1007 on BNN.

Regardless, it is now above my top line a running it bottom along it. Usually Precludes a breakout when it spends a week plus riding the top range. The question is can they repeat last mondays takedown and loose.
