OT: Looks like JP Morgan will be buying Bear Stearns

The deal is supposedly being finalized and may be announced as done by tomorrow morning. JP Morgan apparently did not have a large exposure to subprime, et al. JPM is also 80 times the size of Bear Stearns in terms of market cap.
