I bailed out of my Kitco pool accounts last year because of my concerns about my ability to liquidate my holdings (or take delivery of the physical) in the event of a huge price run-up. Who knows how much physical they really have to back up their accounts?--it may not be nearly enough. Unless you have a clear audit trail on this account (doubtful), you have no way of knowing.

In your position, I wouldn't trust this unallocated account at ALL.
