..the low finish suggests the stock may spike lower in the short term ..or slide. Worth thinking about where stops are set, should any lows appear on the sell side.
Another point, depending on where you draw the break out line, it could be that ECU broke out of the downtrend some while ago, and has been sliding down on a retest.
