This weeks April 18th edition has an article by Mexico Mike, aka Coach, on "ECU SILVER a Bigger Bargain as Resources Grow". I just receive the print edition so don't have access to the on-line version. Nevertheless I will try and provide a short synopsis of this long article.
Great article which discusses the manipulative trading practices at the COMEX by silver futures traders. He then goes on to discuss why he is bullish on ECU. He is big on Valdena Mines which he says "is rapidly evolving to become one of the most significant silver deposits in the world." He says that in just over one year the company has doubled its resource estimates to more than 215 million silver-equivalent ounces and exploration work keeps uncovering new deposits. One analyst inicated that "more than one billion ounces of silver could eventually be proven up at this project." He then goes on to talk about renewed commercial production that will resume and "yield strong cash flows that will contribute towards funding additional exploration and development work." He concludes with "It is rare that investors get the opportunity to buy a company which has drammatically increased in asset value yet has undergone a sustained contraction in share value"
I hope I haven't violated any copyright issues here and I recommend you purchase this weeks Investors Digest just for this article. I felt so good after reading this article that I am going to buy more ECU Monday morning.
