Reserves at FED decline sharply....again!

As of March 1, the non-borrowed reserves at the US FED are negative $50 billion down from -$17 billion a month earlier. The withdrawals for March have accelerated and we can expect another record low for April which is reported to be closer to -$100 billion!!!
