I agree with you 100%. Some promotion is necessary to keep ECU on the front burner, but overall I think it is going to generate a short term effect only. Longer term, it will be operating results and exploration results that move the stock.

ECU has been more proactive lately to issue positive exploration numbers and we got no improvement from the trading. Therefore I conclude that it is overall market sentiment that is driving the trading right now and that is bearish. It seems people are more concerned about another spring selloff than they are excited about possible upside discovery potential. Thats just the way it goes.

I have been a shareholder for many years and I can hold with confidence throughout the ups and downs of market sentiment. Pounding the table for more promotion from the company will not have any lasting effect IMO.
