Looks like this guy figures Canada is made up of only two Provinces.

Admittedly Provinces such as Manitoba and Saskatchewan are a smaller scale than Alberta and Ontario but their pain is becoming our gain in Saskatchewan. The declines in those markets are exactly the opposite of what we are going through in Saskatchewan. Listings are way down and starts are still going up. Many houses are still selling at 5-10% higher than the listed price in the Saskatoon area even after the increase in value of housing over the last couple of years.

The mining and resource sectors are helping this no doubt and that is also prompting quite a bit of migration into this Province from both Alberta and Ontario.
