I think we all know the answer about rice shortages.
It may only be a yellow or orange flag for now, I would reserve the red flag when all the major stores have no rice and people start pacing outside those stores with signs in their hands.
How many of you remember the gasoline queues outside gasoline stations about 40 years ago?
