Ororico - At this moment I hold eleven stocks of any substance and all but two are as you say, down 50 to 70% from traditianal levels.
The remaining two were in the same boat but one has come up about 20% from the low of past month and the other spiked by 60% ( I sold some of my small hold ) and is about 40% above the past month's low.
None of these stocks is at fault and the one that spiked appears to have done so on rumour alone ( company stated there is no cause ).
So no stock per say is broken, but the metal's market certainly is ( arguments from the energy and potash sectors? ).
You, I and just about everyone else here shares your frustration, but not much we can do about it.
Sure I could buy, and did from my recent meager profits, but the ones I did buy are still in the dumps.
