My IRA accounts are with Wachovia. They will do the certificate held in their vault for $50 per issue. I have decided, (now at least), not to do this. I am concerned with accessing their 'vault' after a major bank holiday. I am not sure that it would be any easier to get them. To receive the certificates myself would require puling them outside the tax advantaged IRA vehicles.
