Class action lawsuit?

For those that watch the day to day trading activity is there enough evidence of naked shorting to look at a class action lawsuit against the OSC to bring awareness and accountability back? You wouldn't need too many shareholders who were willing to put up a g-note or 2 to get things rolling. My cheque book would be open. Thoughts?
