You made a very valid comment about canadian institutions Sinbob, do not appologize or limit yourself "because this site is for ECU". This site gives you background that we all need to know about what affects us. This site has some of the best members of any board so it is difficult to match them - Just note how infrequently I post and how often I am corrected or improved upon when I do.

To any newbies, do not be intimidated, we are all here to help you and any comment you make, should it be off the mark a bit, do not be concerned we all are adults and have our individual views so none of us will fit every ones bill.
