ECU continues to shine in a dull market

Over the past several weeks a big buyer continues to slowly and methodically acquire shares. Could it be the Chinese? Could it be Hecla? Could it be Silver Standard? One thing is for sure, someone really likes ECU and they are speaking with their money.
