If we had a system where representatives were elected on the percentage of the votes they got instead of a winner take all system we could have more ideas and parties in office.

So if in California the Ron Paul party got 20% of the vote, they would get 20% of the house seats.

The system is broken. Two parties control the levers of power and that is colusion.
