I noticed that ECU is still showing up on the lists for naked shorts in the US, at least for the month of August.

We have to keep in mind that these shorters have the upper-hand in this awful JPM environment, but this can't continue forever.

I believe ECU management should sue these banks or hedge funds who are responsible for these illegal shorts and I believe they should at least sue the Bashers on Stockhouse for libel and colluding to try to damage the credibility of ECU management, as I believe they are working together with these entities. This way, at least, they can make public the identities of these Ship-rats, Clubhouses, eztwo1's , Bildit's , etc.etc. Once they are identified, it would remain to be seen if they would have the guts to keep slandering ECU and it's management...
