For those who hold the marked cards and arrogantly take in their ill-gotten gains (littel guys like Nadler and Gartman flash into my mind), here is a little red flag that should not go unnoticed. It seems a judge has just permitted Enron shareholders the right to seek damages from RBC. Now, isn't that just a little coincidence? I guess there are some law enforcers out there who have just about had enough. There will soon be many, many more. After all, it is worth remembering that even judges have been robbed by the marked card holders and some seem to be harboring a growing resentment for those illegal powerbrokers and their minions. The class action law suits are forming up just as the bankruptcies loom large on the horizon (Lehmann, Ford, GM, Merrill, ...). Those criminals who have profited along the way and gone off to their gated communities have left a long trail of marked cards behind. They can not hide.

One other little thing. The markets will turn around for PM investors just as water will seek it's true level, gravity will return and the law of supply and demand will be "rediscovered". AND, those of us wo have been honest and lived by the rules to our detriment, and there are many, will not forget the disgusting actions of others that have been perpetrated against us by the above mentioned cardholders. Since they have shown no mercy they can likewise expect no mercy. Memories of those tortured are long indeed. So sheisters, sit back and enjoy life, but know that one day there will be a very loud and fearsome knock on many of your fortified doors before your sanctity is very rudely intruded upon.
