Yeah , unfortunately that's what I'm feeling too....while I can wait for another 5 yrs, the bulk of investors will likely take the 2.50 and wave goodbye.

In a hostile bid situation, there is nothing that ecu can do....there are poison pills, etc, but ecu likely may not spend the money to adopt those measures....we'll see. it will be most unfortunate....
