Here is an example: Let's say Silver Wheaton or Agnico came in and bought ECU for say 2.5 or 3.5, I actually dont see it going for much more than that....maybe I see 5 on the outset, IF THIS HAPPENS SOONER THAN LATER. SLW is trading at 10 more or less, you'll see SLW trading at 5 -10 times that price within a couple of years. So you'd get double (3 for ecu) times say 5 conservatively which is 10 times your current ECU price.....still not a bad payday, and you can continue to hold the new company shares knowing that ECUs property is one of the underlying major contributors to the bottomline.
They are being looked at by a major, don't doubt it.
That being said, many juniors sprouted to mind boggling numbers in 1980, and so I would rather see ECU go it alone.
