I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the moment. Today sure wrung out my last bit of dry powder. What's the point in keeping cash on the sidelines in order to snap up dirt cheap bargains, when the so-called bargains drop 15% the next day?

Does this chart mean the HUI is going much lower, or is 50% off a good enough "sale"?

"Housing Investment Trust Legal Enforcer/Regulator" ?
