Today action in the markets is an abomination. That is really all you can say at this point.

Yesterday the DOW takes an unexpected late day dive while gold and silver both move strongly higher on the heels or continued uncertainty in the financial markets. A normal reaction.

PMs continue to rise overnight and miraculously reverse directions precisely when the London markets open followed by a steady decline into NY time. With the DOW continuing its march toward the abyss gold and especially silver are pummeled leading into the G7 meeting this weekend. I haven't checked but with gold down 8% and silver down 22%, this must be the largest one day drop for both metals.

You can be assured by today's action that plans are in place for one final stand by the cartel.

Up is down and left is right in this era of mass market confusion.
