I may be wrong about that date folks but I know I saw/heard it somewhere a while ago. It may have been in conjunction with Obama being elected and replacing Paulson with Paul Volcker or Robert Rubin (ouch!!!) It only makes sense it would officially happen in Jan. with the appointment of the new Admin.

So, I may have erred in posting that and if so, stand corrected.
