How utterly depressing.

From Friday's Cafe:

"The attached Bloomberg story explains who controls the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., the shadowy group that seems to be involved in reports of naked short selling and market manipulations:

"The DTCC, which is controlled by a board of members including JP Morgan Chase & Co and Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.,..."

No surprise.
