I think that the sector will be self-correcting. With mines being moth-balled and little new production coming online, there will be a supply and demand problem that will cause an increase in the metal prices and...eventually...a resumption of mining and exploration. We have seen how quickly things can unravel...in a matter of months, not years, and I believe the reverse can happen.

Then other thing is that if the crooks see an upside to being on the right side of metals and JPM's we could see a substantial increase in the sector.
