To me it is frightning that a serious subject like this cannot even be discussed openly with the congressional banking commitee. So one day a Gold Certificate Comet will come to the US public from outer space to replace the present dollar fiat system?
They cannot give the Congres the names of Banks accessing public TARP money, you cannot ask Banks to disclose what toxic waste they have on their balance sheets, which keeps blocking the credit system and killing off the economy, and you are not allowed to discuss alternatives to the failed monetary system. All too sensitive and market disruptive.
