Here's an interesting discussion on CNBC yesterday with Charlie Morris from HSBC and Phillip Manduca - on gold, the dollar and what's upoming - reflecting views of many people on this board:

Besides that, positive signs from the DOW, the HUI and the dollar yesterday. The close of ECU on 1.12 today was healthy I guess; and there could be one or two more days of consolidation as pic has already pointed out yesterday.

However, I do believe that there are many strong buyers and owners out there trusting the stock so that we'll see a nice move upwards in the next two weeks - hopefully breaking through the resistance levels right ahead. The updated NI-43-01 mid Dec will show us whether there are enough institutional buyers to bring us back on 1.5 and higher.
