If only this would ever be true but remember that Bush himself campaigned on cleaning up Washigton in 2000 and it only got worse as it did under every previous President since Reagan. I hold out little hope for any political solution to WallStreet or Washington coming from any President but do think the world can force change and will given time. And this change will be resisted but of the kind that basically gives the US no choice. It won't happen until the print and perish crew are done totally screwing up what was once the greatest capitalist freedom nation the world has ever known.
