I have way too many ECU shares for my portfolio, but I think that I know what they have and I can be patient. I won't bother trying to predict a price. I think the key things for ECU this year is to concentrate on moving inferred to Proven and Potential to Inferred. We don't need any more Potential...it is massive enough.
The other big thing for me is for management to decide what they are going to do with all of this. If they are going to mine it than make some decisions and get those public. I am sure that this must be going on to some degree, and I thought when Dan Kappes came on board that it would have been done by now. If they are going to JV then get something done. I have thought all along that they would eventually be bought out much higher. Even if that is the long-term goal, I think a move to significantly increased production would create instant credibility to this company and project.
IMO 2009 will prove to be an important time in ECU's history.
