Am I being paranoid or is there a concerted effort to keep the SP at .80 for some time now. I would not be surprised to see someone try to make an offer for ECU. I am not saying it would go through, but an offer for 50% higher ($1.20) for 250 million shares would give them the whole thing for $300 million...what a steal!
