Most of those shares 25,000,000 are being sold as a new issue, by TD Waterhouse, and perhaps others. Became open for orders last night. Just checked the TDW New Issue page... still available for orders.

I ordered some last night. I thought it was a good entry price, especially with that five year warrant thrown in.
