Bids are strengthening. I suspect we'll be at 70 to 80 cents end of day. If not...still a good buy here for longs and traders alike.

FOMC today so they must try on keep a lid on things. Man, the action in gold is really something along with all the spin...which is all they have left. Germany has emphasized today that it is not selling gold and poor old Gordon Brown has little of it left to sell. In fact he should be printing Sterling to buy all he can at market before he gets dragged out of his office and treated like Mussolini. It takes a lot to get the Brits peed off....but when they do, they just quietly make their move.

Nothing is working like it used to so I am expecting more rapidity/volatility. If volume comes in to these stocks, and it is in a few I hold, all bets are on to the upside. But still, it is a very intimidatiing market for small retail investors.

By the way, I did not intend to leave any negative impressions of ECU's NR. I am on the bid but not successful so far. That's a good thing...relatively speaking.
