I just checked the TDW new issue page... Still shows as open.

I don't look at it as a 15% discount. The new issue units being sold at $0.70, include a share and a warrant. The current share trading price of $0.60 implies that the market is valuing the warrant at about $0.10. Personally, I would rather buy the share+warrant at 0.70, than the share alone at 0.60. To me that five-year warrant is worth more than a dime.
