After reading the last couple of updates from ecu I noticed Steve Altmann's name and phone number. I tried to call it just to tell me it was disconnected? What disconnected? Maybe I am wrong please if anyone can let me know if this number is correct. It was easily found on yesterdays headlines for ecu. 416-664-8640. I would love to get his perspective and if needed maybe we can all go down there and mine the elements ourselves. Now come on thats funny. As for costs oil is had a freefall, so that is not a major issue for production. We all know that metal and equipment can't get any cheaper, {in fact why don't they just go to craigs list or e-bay bet there is some great prices for equipment there}. And of course labor. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE there a lot of people out of work right now, can we actually say this is not the right time to mine as much as possible. I might be missing something here but all the pieces ad up to make this a very profitable time to produce. We all need straight answers and trust me give me the support I need and the contacts and I will gladly put my name in the arena to be a candidate for change. YES WE CAN! Well at least that is the new version of change. When I first bought in a few years ago I tryed to learn as much as I could about where ecu stood. I was happy at the mineral results, but I do remember looking at I believe is called Jim Sinclairs mineset. If this is the right site I am talking about, there was listings of companies and there values as well as there weakness. The one that hit me at the time {all though I was not worried about it at that point}, was that ecu's production was very minimal . The posting was 400 tonnes of production. This was in October of 2007 since then there has been no change. like many of you we have seen no real ups { a brief one of about 2.75 or so }, please that is only a quote. But I am frustrated that management has seemed to be on vacation. I do wish that someone proves me wrong, but only with facts please not hey well get in or out of the boat. What I would love to ask all my peers that we consolidate are ideas and help try to inspire ecu to open up the lines of communication as well as find ways to make a big door for everyone to go through. Ecu is not in the position to explore I don't think at this point, although I may be wrong. But there are in fact in a great position to manufacture the goods. There are to many variables even in this bad economy that permits them to do so. OK who wants first crack at me lol . Hey at least I got my thinking cap on, or is it my dunce cap. I"ll let you all be the judge. I hope though that we can make this a ongoing discussion now because price is not the object now, results are.
