True. And I'm quite surprised at the generous time value on the warrant. Five years is quite unusual, and should result in a nice valuation of the warrants. I suspect, however, that not many will be wanting to sell them. Newly issued warrants often trade quite thinly because everybody is hanging on to them, expecting significant jumps in the underlying share price.
