I don't usually disagree, but Obama has not been in office long enough to put his home in order. This man has taken on one of the biggest challenges in U.S. history. Living in a democracy means that we the people need to help with the change. He has a congress with there own plans , a senate with a different agenda, and a media who is scaring half of Americans to death.{the others are watching starsearch}. His task hasn't even started. Once a bill is passed it will then be up to him to implement to the satisfaction of the people and there representitives. I do believe that to be a peoples President he must muster up the support of the American people. That my friend is his biggest challenge.
