I appreciate your post, but am reminded of the last PP which was filled almost as soon as it opened. The price declined significantly from the PP for whatever reason, but we all felt positively into the future while another dilution sucked up share price well beneath the PP.

Although I have lived a lifetime of spending money to save money, and ECU's purchase of the Hecla mill appears to be a perfect example of my philosophy, I have reservations of Altmann's desire and/or capabilities to carry us forward. The adage, "While the cat's away, the mice will play" runs through my mind for ECU/Altmann.

Mr. Roy might need to spend some time back at the home office.
