Could be to figure out how to lie and say they are regulating while the filth keeps manipulation. As near as I can tell there are still a bunch of crooks there. The head of the SEC is the past head of the band of crooks identified by markopolus.

Maybe the "regulators" will be bought off or threatened.



Maybe the regulators will take control and tell the filth to clean up their act.
