Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
A very interesting discussion indeed. It is good to hear that we are looking at ECU's intentions and lack of communication. But as Scruffy, Tidbits, myself and others ECU needs to open the doors to there shareholders. Terresainte brought up something I have reiterated a few times, and have seen on other silver stock reports. ECU must increase production. This is imperitive because for 2 years going now it has been a ongoing action of ECU management to continue to add more shareholders and less profits. If there is short selling here I don't know how they are making money. I think there are also options within ECU for shares that must be reconciled in the near future. What happens then we drop to .10 with a billion ounces of resources. I'm sorry but we who have held on deserve the right to answers now. I keep hearing IR but since they were put in place communication has been obsolete. I would gladly have someone like pic or gwr working for ECU management then what I have seen in the last year or so. GOG has had more of a safe haven and not lost a penny at this stage although they to need to get into production. If there is a real reason then let us the shareholders see it on paper. OR is Bernie Madoff behind the scenes. Yes its great that they continue to explore but they are getting paid and we are taking losses, while silver has jumped 3 dollars in the last few months. Isn't that our major resource. I just believe if we could get our 2 cents in {which it almosts looks like now} we may be able to get a handle on this and work collectively. I know the annual vote is coming up in a few months and I would love to see someone on this board on ECU's board of directors. WOW! Wouldn.t that be nice, someone who could actually answer our questions. A year ago when we talked about ECU's 43/101 reports the talk was alright we are going to 8 dollars. Some even said 15 and even higher from a few others. I'm sorry fellow shareholders but somehow we need to make a stand. Who's making the money in this venture. I know people don't work for nothing, but please we should in know means be at this point right now. We don't owe trillions of dollars nor have we ignored adding when we can into the company. Is this a government or a business. I know your probably thinking I am just venting, but this time I am not. I really believe we need leadership and I believe the members of this board are knowledgable enough to work with each other to get the answers and results we need. I hope you all in the most part agree and have ideas we can put in place. We are not just a forum we are part of the company. In that respect we should be treated that way. Thank You very much for putting so much effort in making this board fun to be with. Now how about we take some action. SUGGESTIONS?
