I have to agree with your valuation on ECU going Much higher as this deal closes. Everyone needs to understand that the stock can't be at 0.70 cents until the pp closes or else everyone would be buying the stock at the open market and getting 1 full warrant instead of paying a 13 cent premium and buying through TD Private Placement. It is obvious that someone is getting a huge commission and that is why it is in there best interest to keep the price at this level! Its all a numbers game and those that have the money will make even more money. I think either way it is a steal of a deal if you can afford to pay the premium its a SWEET DEAL because you get 1 full warrant, if you don't then you can buy the stock 13 cent discount. So logically speaking that warrant is worth today as i post 0.13 cents which is so so so cheap for a company that is going to be producing its resources(5 years). Look down the road don't focus on the day to day movements. This stock is an ease double in the next 4 to 6 weeks if not higher!
