I agree 100% Tidbits. The only reason from my perpsective the stock has not yet moved is the because the warrant is so valuable and the deal too sweet. I also wonder what Blackmont and TD is doing about the green shoe as they have a 30 day option to exercise. If the stock moves quickly to .70 the shoe will fly out the door and probably be given to some of their "A" account hedge funds as a bonus or the firms themselves will exercise for their own account. So the question for me is do they want to give their "A" accounts or themselves a bonus or not, and I would say yes especially in this market as this is harder to do than normal and not many bonuses lately.

Forget about getting any of this overage though as they will screw anyone but themselves and their "A" accounts. I also note that this warrant has given those not participating in the financing an opportunity to buy at prices unbelieveably cheap. All will fall into place for ECU and not to far down the road and we will get back to a more reasonable valuation as the stock plays catchup.
