SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Iceland's central bank chief, David Oddsson, will be driven from office after the country's parliament passed a bill calling for his ouster, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday on its Web site. Oddsson, who has been blamed by many for the collapse of Iceland's banking system, has refused to step down and could only be removed from the post by an act of parliament, according to the Journal.
