In an odd turn of events, JPM was downgraded after hours today by Moody's. Kind of like the crooked judge turning on the protected enforcer. No doubt, a few insiders were tipped off as revealed by the unusual selling today. Although JPM's demise would unleash gold and silver, we all know how fanatical a cornered rat can be.

Moody's Changes JPMorgan (JPM) Rating Outlook to Negative
StreetInsider
March 4, 2009 5:38 PM EST
Moody's changed its rating outlook on JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE: JPM) and subsidiaries to negative from stable.
Moody's said, "the change to a negative outlook reflects Moody's expectations that JPM's results will continue to be saddled by sustained high provisions and credit costs for the coming four-to-six quarters, due to increasing financial strains for U.S. consumers and the global recession. As a result, JPM's capital generation could be modest at best."
