It seems to me that we need buying by the retail investor to get the share price moving upward. That implies, in most cases, brokers and advisors who see a connection between the silver situation and ECU as a profitable producer of silver as well as other metals including gold. I don't believe we have that support. As Sharky says, news on production and a strong indication that a steady cash flow will result should give the brokers and individuals doing DD a lot of incentive to get into ECU. Until then I'm afraid ECU looks like a company with a lot of potential but an undefined timeline in which to realize that potential. It is lost in the crowd and that is a frsutration for those of us who can see it clearly. Logic would seem to dictate that it is only a matter of time but that argument gets pretty stale when you have been holding for years waiting for the world to catch on. But it does seem like a very good bet that that will indeed happen in the "relatively" near future and that the momentum should pick up when the cash starts to flow and the silver price moves as is being predicted. Unless an ECU investor needs the cash there is no good reason to sell at the present share price levels.
