You ask: ""If ECU doesn't respond, I'll tke it as continued near term bad sign."
Why would you think so?"

Its simple. I think the norm would be for ANY precious metal stock to rise in response to a 10% + increase in the underlying metal. The fact that ECU went down is just not good news. In fact it is bad news. I am not saying dump the stock, I am just pointing out that the anticipated turn and rise is not happening and this implys that one should not look for it in the near term.

If I thought ECU would never turn, I would be out of the stock. I hold for the long term. I don't stagnation arounf $.50 as a positive in any sense as far as the stock price is concerned.

"I consider 0.49 - 0.53 as typical trade range for the last few days and an indication of nothing more than a continued beaten upon price."

You don't think that is a bad thing for near term ECU stock performance when other silver stocks including juniors are rising? My other silver junior as recovered over half of its decline. IT went up 13% today (SLV). I like up better than down.

My opinion today is: the last few weeks of price action sucks, future is good enough for me to keep holding hundreds of thousands of shares. I know the reasons to be positive about ECU, and recent price is not one of them if you are holding the stock. Good if you are looking to buy cheap.

Cheers !
