Remember last year when they whined about the preditory act of shorting? They forbade shorting of their favorite stocks, the robber bankers! Shorting was OK as long as they were doing it to our stocks.

Notice that they want to step in with a little toe in the water. This is unnecesary. EVERY naked short is suported by a brokerage. Those are the crooks. They should be the point of legislation and more importantly the focus of activity at the justice department.

This is just another whitewash political chrade to give the impression that they are doing something. There is NO demonstration of conviction that they wish to clean up the markets.

We will know that they are serious when people beside Martha are forced to pay up and are put in jail.
